May EPR Readiness Circle

The May Readiness Circle provides a candid checkpoint on how producers and suppliers feel prepared to navigate packaging changes under EPR. Anonymous, data-driven prompts will guide discussion on:

 • What producers most need to understand from suppliers right now
• Whether producers are prepared to respond to common supplier questions
• Where frustration or uncertainty is emerging
• Whether assumptions on timelines, material availability, or transition feasibility may be off
• How other organizations are approaching supplier engagement during planning

Participants will examine where disconnects remain, and where stronger communication could reduce friction, ahead of a California-focused deep dive on source reduction planning during the June event.

Circle convenings focus on public‑policy understanding, systems design, and implementation case studies. They are not a forum for coordinating commercial strategy or competitively sensitive information.‍
