WTF is circular policy? Rep. Sydney Jordan at See Change Sessions

“WTF is circular policy?” Representative Sydney Jordan of the Minnesota House took that question on at See Change Sessions in Burlington, and the talk is now online.

What does it actually take to turn circular thinking into real systems? In the talk, Rep. Jordan walks through:

• The role legislators can play
• How circular policy sits alongside the many other issues a community is facing
• What circular policy looks like in practice

Rep. Jordan wrote Minnesota’s packaging EPR bill and was a core legislative voice behind Circle’s Legislator Guide for Circular Policy.
