March EPR Readiness Circle: At-Risk Formats & Internal Planning (SB 54 Focus)

Tuesday 17 March 2026 & Thursday April 20 2026
Virtual
Mars, Carton Council, Resource Recycling Systems, SignalFire Group, EY

The Learning Exchange Session on Tuesday, March 17 brings producers together for a 90-minute peer discussion on the formats drawing the most scrutiny — including flexibles, PET thermoforms, fibers, and compostable plastics — and how cross-functional teams are modeling impact and prioritizing transitions. The conversation is moderated by Dave Ford (OPLN Founder) and Rachel Ryan (Technical Program Lead), with featured perspectives from Allison Lin (Global VP of Packaging Sustainability, Mars) and Jordan Fengel (Executive Director, Carton Council).

The Expert Access Session on Thursday, March 19 offers a dedicated hour of open Q&A with technical experts Resa Dimino (Co-CEO, Resource Recycling Systems & Managing Partner, SignalFire Group) and Anna Kendall (Senior Manager & EPR Leader, EY). Producers pressure-test assumptions on source reduction interpretation, eco-modulation modeling, infrastructure realities, and supplier coordination — using SB 54 as a practical lens with insights relevant to Oregon, Colorado, and other emerging U.S. EPR programs.

Like all Circle programming, both sessions are held under Chatham House Rule and structured to support candid, antitrust-compliant peer learning.
