Built for the teams doing the work

Following the May 31 reporting deadline, obligated producers are entering a new phase of U.S. packaging EPR implementation. EPR Readiness Circle Live brings together the teams working across sustainability, legal, finance, packaging, procurement, R&D, and operations to compare lessons, reduce silos, and prepare for what comes next.

About the event

EPR Readiness Circle Live is a two-day, in-person summit designed for the teams responsible for making EPR real inside their organizations. This is not a traditional conference. It is a peer support and solutioning forum built to help producers move beyond isolated internal problem-solving and into more practical, cross-company learning. The program is designed to strengthen intra- and inter-organizational connections, connect participants with technical experts, and provide a forum for coordination on at-risk packaging format transitions.

Program focus

The summit is organized around two practical questions:

Day 1: What did we just go through?

Participants will reflect on the first major reporting cycle, compare internal governance models, surface persistent challenges, and hear cross-client lessons from expert advisors.

Day 2: What’s next?

The second day turns toward California, source reduction planning, packaging transition decisions, and the multi-state compliance horizon ahead. Programming includes RTI-led modeling, format-focused working groups, and direct access to technical experts.
